  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The AP-HP is concerned about preserving the confidentiality and security of Personal Data and attaches great importance to the protection of privacy.

Person in charge of the processing my.aphp.fr: Personal Data are collected by the AP-HP, as person in charge of the processing in the sense of the RGPD and of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms modified.

Legal basis of the processing: The lawfulness of the processing is based on Article 6.1e) of the RGPD: the processing is necessary for the performance of a mission of public interest pursued by the AP-HP.

Purposes of the processing:

Data collected: the categories of Personal Data that may be processed are the following:

  • Connection data: The cookies used on the site are: operating cookies; analysis cookies; geolocation cookies; targeted advertising cookies.

Retention period: The data related to cookies are kept in accordance with the cookie banner according to their usefulness.

Recipients of the Data:
The recipients of the Data collected are as follows:

  • The information systems department of the APHP

In all cases: access to the Data by these recipients and subcontractors is limited to the categories of data that are strictly necessary for their mission, and the latter are subject to professional secrecy or a contractual obligation of confidentiality.

  1. EXERCISE OF RGPD RIGHTS

In accordance with the RGPD, Users have a right of access, information, rectification, portability and opposition, and a right to define directives on the conservation, deletion and communication of this data after death.

At any time and without justification, Users may express opposition to the use of their Data for research purposes.
